You have done it all! Visited the San Diego Zoo, toured the Midway Museum, played in LEGOLAND® and watched the Padres win at Petco Park. Now you are looking beyond the local attractions in San Diego County for something exciting to do on vacation.

If you have ever imagined zipping through the treetops of the Redwood Forest, Sonoma Zipline Adventures has your ticket to fun! Better yet, you can include your Treehouse sleepover in an entire weekend of discovery.

Directions to an Adventure of a Lifetime

From your home in San Diego County, it takes a 10 to 11-hour drive to reach us at 6250 Bohemian Highway in Occidental, CA.

  • Take I-5 North towards Los Angeles. After you pass Los Angeles, continue on I-5 North toward Sacramento.
  • North of Patterson, look for when Interstate 5 and Interstate 580 diverge. Stay to the left to merge onto I580 towards Tracy/San Francisco.
  • Follow signs and remain on Interstate 580 West for the next 80 miles, even after it turns into a toll road.
  • On the far side of Richmond Bridge and the San Francisco Bay, merge with US Route 101 North and travel for another 37 miles.
  • At Exit 488B, stay right to connect with California Highway 12 West, following signs for Sebastopol.
  • In Santa Rosa, turn right on Fulton Road–there is a sign for Occidental Road. Turn left onto it.
  • Follow Occidental for about 7 miles. Just before a sharp left turn on the road (there is a yellow sign for 20 mph), take a right onto Green Hill Road.
  • After a mile, Green Hill merges and turns into Graton Road as you follow it to the left. Travel for another 3 miles.
  • When Graton comes to an end, turn right onto Bohemian Highway. After 2.3 miles, you will see our brown sign with white lettering on the left. Turn into the parking lot immediately after the sign.

FYI: Because we are deep in the woods, your GPS may not always give you updated information or a good signal. If you miss a turn, please call our office at 1-888-494-7868, and we will help you get back on track.

Flying In?

If you choose to fly up to the Redwood Forest, the closest airports are San Francisco International Airport and the Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport. We suggest renting a car for the last leg of your journey.
